| All Printer Cartridges are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class postal service. If for some reason your Printer Cartridges are not delivered we will re-send you printer cartridges recorded delivery.
If you would like to return your printer cartridges you have up to 28 days to do so from the date of postage. When we receive your printer cartridges and if they are unopened we will refund your money less the cost of the postage.
If for some reason you receive your printer cartridges and they are damaged we will then refund your money including postage or replace the printer cartridges at no extra cost.
