If you would like to return your printer cartridges you have up to 28 days to do so from the date of postage. When we receive your printer cartridges and if they are unopened we will refund your money less the cost of the postage.

If for some reason you receive your printer cartridges and they are damaged we will then refund your money including postage or replace the printer cartridges at no extra cost.

If your order is of a high value the correct insurance and service will be used either recorded delivery, Special delivery or next day courier.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide the full and correct delivery address.
